Khansaheb Group is one of the Middle East’s most established construction and engineering companies. Founded in 1935 and still family-owned in its fourth generation, the group today delivers some of the region’s largest and most complex projects.

The project demonstrates how limited access and thoughtful development can strengthen nature rather than exploit it. Through exclusivity, conservation and access for a limited number of visitors, the island’s environment is preserved in its most natural state.

Halo North developed the destination concept, brand strategy and visual identity to position Royal Westview as a place where exclusivity and nature conservation meet. A destination where nature is not compromised, but protected.
